Sharon Kirkman, Men Choosing Change; Family Intervention Service
Sharon Kirkman works for UnitingCare and manages the Men Choosing Change (MCC) Program in Moreton Bay and Mackay; including the Men Sustaining Change (MSC) Moreton Bay. Sharon also oversees the Family Intervention Service (FIS) on the Sunshine Coast.
Sharon holds a Bachelor of Human Services with majors in Counselling & Child and Family. Her previous roles include Senior Family Counsellor in FIS, Family Support Counsellor, Sexual Assault Counsellor. Sharon was the Chairperson for the Fraser Coast Domestic and Family Violence alliance from 2017–2019.
Sharon is passionate about supporting people from a trauma informed perspective.
